Dial *#06# - if you see an “EID” number, your device supports eSIM. Some devices may be blocked by carrier locks or firmware.
2. Apple iOS Activation Error
“Unable to Activate” or “Activation Failure” is normal if you try outside your destination country. Connect on arrival or see our guide.
3. My eSIM Isn’t Connecting Abroad
Restart your phone, eSIM selected and ensure roaming is ON. Contact support if still not working.
4. Can I Reinstall My eSIM if Deleted?
Yes, but only on the same phone (cannot be transferred). Contact support for a manual replacement if you get stuck.
5. Will My Number Stay the Same?
Yes, your regular home SIM/eSIM and phone number remain active. The AirSims eSIM only provides travel data (internet).
6. How Do I Remove an eSIM After Travel?
