✅ The eSIM plan must be identical in terms of data allowance, validity, and service offering.
✅ The competitor’s price must be publicly available and in Australian Dollars (AUD) on an Australian website or retailer.
✅ Business customers must provide valid business documentation upon request to verify eligibility for business pricing.
Price Difference
💰 We will beat a competitor’s price by 5% to 10% (inclusive) on an identical data eSIM plan.
💰 The competitor's price must be lower than our listed price for the same eSIM plan in AUD.
💰 Business pricing is included, provided the competitor’s price is a valid business offer and is equivalent in plan terms.
Proof of Competitor’s Price
📎 To claim the price beat, customers must provide a valid link to the competitor's website and/or a screenshot of the competitor’s current offer showing the price in AUD.
📎 The competitor’s price must be verifiable at the time of the claim.
📎 For business customers, proof of the competitor’s business pricing (e.g., a formal quote, business account pricing) must be provided.
Limitations
⚠️ Price beat offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
⚠️ This offer is not applicable to special business or corporate deals, government contracts, or custom-tailored plans.
⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse the price beat if the competitor's price is due to a pricing error, typo, or misrepresentation.

Price Verification
