Eligibility

✅ Applies to new purchases of identical data eSIM plans (individual + business).

✅ Must match data allowance, validity, and service offering.

✅ Competitor’s price must be in AUD on an Australian website (Seller).

✅ Business customers must provide valid documentation upon request.

Price Difference

💰 We will beat a competitor’s price by 5% to 10% on an identical plan.

💰 Competitor’s price must be lower than our listed AUD price.

💰 Includes business pricing if the competitor’s offer is equivalent.

Proof of Competitor’s Price

📎 Provide a valid link and/or screenshot showing the competitor’s offer in AUD.

📎 Price must be verifiable at time of claim.

📎 Business customers: formal quote or business account pricing required.

Limitations

⚠️ Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

⚠️ Not valid for corporate/government/custom plans.

⚠️ Excludes competitor pricing errors or misrepresentation.

⚠️ Not applicable to discontinued, out-of-stock, or clearance plans.

Price Verification

⏱️ Verification within 24 hours of claim submission.

⏱️ If valid, we’ll offer 5–10% less than the competitor’s price.

⏱️ Business pricing may take longer to verify.

Refunds & Adjustments

💳 If you’ve already purchased from airsims.com.au and the competitor’s price is valid, we’ll refund or credit the 5–10% difference - your choice. ❤️

💳 Business customers may receive a credit or adjusted invoice.

Exclusions

🚫 Not valid on auction sites, private sellers, or unauthorized resellers.

🚫 Non-identical bundles/plans not eligible.

🚫 We’ll explain if we cannot match/beat a competitor’s price.

🚫 Custom-negotiated business deals are excluded.

Changes to Terms

📝 Offer may be modified/withdrawn anytime without notice.

📝 Changes will be communicated to affected customers.
