2. Product Description
eSIMs (embedded SIMs) are digital SIM cards that allow you to activate cellular services on compatible devices without the need for a physical SIM card. Once purchased, eSIMs are delivered electronically via email at no cost to the customer.
3. Delivery Method
- Digital Delivery: All eSIMs are delivered electronically via email or through your account on our platform. No physical shipping is required or provided.
- Email Delivery: You will receive an email containing a QR code and activation details necessary to install and activate your eSIM. Ensure your email address is correct and check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
- Platform Delivery: Alternatively, eSIMs may be delivered through your account on our website or app. You can access the activation details directly from your account dashboard.
4. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders for eSIMs are electronically processed within 1-2 minutes of purchase. If additional verification is required, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Delivery Time: Once processed, eSIM activation details are typically delivered to your email or account within 5 minutes. In some cases, it may take up to 2 hours. In rare cases this can take up to 8-12 hours due to host country's processing.
5. Activation Instructions
Upon receipt of your eSIM activation details:
- QR Code: Scan the QR code provided using your device’s eSIM management settings to install the eSIM.
- Manual Setup: Alternatively, you may manually enter the activation details into your device’s eSIM settings as per the instructions provided.
6. Order Issues and Resolutions
- Non-Receipt of eSIM: If you do not receive your eSIM within the specified delivery time, please check your email spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact our customer support team.
- Incorrect Information: If you believe the activation details provided are incorrect or incomplete, please contact our support team immediately for resolution.
7. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of eSIMs, refunds are generally not provided once the activation details have been delivered and the eSIM has been activated. However we understand there maybe errors committed by the customer or by AirSims.com.au and will refund based on the situation. Please review your purchase carefully before confirming.
- Exchanges: If there is an issue with the eSIM that prevents activation, contact our support team. We may offer a replacement eSIM/full refund eSIM at no additional cost if the issue is determined to be on our end.

- Device Compatibility: Ensure your device is compatible with eSIM technology and supports the carrier’s network before purchase.
- Correct Information: Provide accurate information during the purchase process to avoid delays in delivery.
