AirSims offers a quick self-service top-up option, plus two simple alternatives if you need them.
ℹ️ Before topping up, you can check how much data and time you have left by following this step-by-step guide.
⛔ Do not delete the current eSIM
OPTION 1 – Self-Service Top-Up (Fastest & Recommended)
✅ Available 24/7 | ✅ Fully automated | ✅ No waiting
- Log in to the email account you used when purchasing your eSIM.
- Find your original eSIM email (the email with the QR code).
- Open the email and click the self-service link. (Example pic. below)
Select the data amount and number of days you want to add.
- Click “Purchase Top-Up Package” and complete payment.
✅ Once payment is successful, your data and days are added automatically - no changes needed on your phone. 👍
OPTION 2 – Buy a New Replacement eSIM
➡️ Purchase a new eSIM and install it as normal.
📶 Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi during installation.
OPTION 3 – Manual Top-Up (If you need help)
➡️ Choose this option if:
- You’re experiencing a technical issue
- You’re not comfortable using Options 1 or 2
- Your destination doesn’t support in-country installation
⛔ Do NOT delete your existing eSIM.
ℹ️ eSIMs that have already expired cannot be extended. We recommend topping up before expiry.
FULL MANUAL TOP-UP – Step-by-Step
- ✅ Purchase a new eSIM for the same country or region with the data amount you need.
- ⛔ Do not install the new eSIM.
- ✅ Contact us via live chat or our contact page and tell us it’s a manual top-up request.
To speed things up, please include your eSIM ICCID or order number if available. - 📲 Between 9:00 AM – 10:30 PM (Melbourne/Sydney time), our team will apply the top-up and notify you once completed.
That’s it - no reinstallation, no setting changes needed. 👍
