Top-Up eSIM

Running low on data? Here's how to stay connected.

AirSims doesn’t yet support automatic or full self-serve top-ups, but we’ve got two easy ways to keep you going:

Option 1 (most common method):
➡️ Buy a new eSIM and install it - just make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi during setup.

⚠️ Please note: Due to local technical restrictions, eSIM purchases and local activations are not available within the UAE, Mainland China, Qatar and Turkey. Purchases and installation before reaching those destinations will work as normal.

Option 2 (if you are not comfortable with option 1 or the country doesn't support "in-country" installation):

➡️ Get a manual top-up from our team. ⛔ Don’t delete your current eSIM!

ℹ️ Time Expired (expiry date finished) eSIM cannot be topped up or extended.

In this blog, we’ll walk you through Option 2 step-by-step:

  1. ✅ Purchase a new eSIM for the same country or region, with the amount of data you need.
  2. Do not install the new eSIM.
  3. ✅ Message us via the chat or contact page and let us know it’s a top-up request.
    ⚡ To help us process your top-up efficiently, please provide your eSIM ICCID or order number if you have it handy. If not, no worries - we can look it up manually.  
  4. 📲 Between 9:00 AM – 10:30 PM Melbourne/Sydney time, our 1st available team member will manually top up your existing eSIM and inform you.

It’s that simple - no need to change settings or reconfigure anything. 👍

ℹ️ Applies to regular set plans only. Day Pass (Unlimited Plans) cannot be topped up or time extended. Feel free to reach out to support if you need assistance.
