🇪🇺 EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection requirements, including Directive (EU) 2023/2673, customers residing within the European Union may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase for eligible eSIM products that have not been activated, downloaded, or otherwise used.

To submit a withdrawal request, please provide your Name, Email, Order Number and/or the ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier) of the affected eSIM(s). Requests will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and our Terms of Service.

AirSims.com.au has extended this consumer benefit (existing) beyond the statutory requirement by allowing customers up to 180 days from the date of purchase to activate and use eligible eSIM products, offering greater flexibility than the standard 14-day withdrawal period.
