Step 1 – Open Your eSIM Details
Open your email and locate the email containing your QR code.
Click the "View eSIM" button or blue link shown in the email.
Alternative: If you don't have immediate access to your email, simply use the Self-Service Portal button above. You'll need your eSIM's ICCID.
Step 2 – View Your Usage
You can now see:
- 📊 Remaining data balance
- 📅 Remaining days on your plan
- ⛽ Self-service top-up options
💡 Usage information is not live and may be delayed by up to 1 hour.
ℹ️ You'll automatically receive friendly usage alerts when you reach 50%, 80%, and 90% of your data allowance, plus a reminder when only 1 day remains on your plan.
