Venezuela Earthquake Support for AirSims Customers 25-June-2026

Published: 25 June 2026

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the devastating earthquakes that struck Venezuela on 24–25 June 2026. Reports indicate that multiple countries and territories across the region have felt the impacts, with ongoing disruptions to communications, transport, and infrastructure in some areas.

While AirSims does not currently offer eSIM services for Venezuela, we understand that many travellers may be visiting neighbouring South American countries and could be concerned about staying connected with family, friends, colleagues, or loved ones during this difficult time.

Complimentary Data Top-Ups for Existing South America Customers

To help our customers remain connected, AirSims is offering complimentary data top-ups for eligible customers who:

  • Have an active AirSims South America eSIM or regional eSIM covering South America.
  • Are currently travelling within South America.
  • Require additional data to communicate with family, friends, accommodation providers, airlines, embassies, or emergency contacts.

If this applies to you, please contact our support team with your:

  • Order Number; or
  • eSIM ICCID number.

Each request will be assessed manually, and complimentary data allocations will be provided where possible.

Please Allow Extra Time

As these requests will be processed manually by our team, we kindly ask for your patience while we work through applications. We will do our best to assist as quickly as possible, but response times may be longer than usual due to increased demand.

Office hours are 9am to10.30pm AEST

Offer Valid Until 9 July 2026

This assistance initiative is available until 11:59 PM AEST on 9 July 2026. Requests received after this date may not be eligible for complimentary top-ups and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
