Over the past few days, we have become aware that some of our customers are currently stranded or facing unexpected travel disruptions due to the ongoing conflict in parts of the Middle East. Situations like this are difficult, unpredictable, and often stressful for travellers who may suddenly find themselves far from home.

At AirSims.com.au - we believe that staying connected to the internet during uncertain times is not just convenient - it is essential. Being able to contact family, receive updates, access travel information, or reach emergency government services can make a meaningful difference.

Because of this, we want to do the right thing by our customers.

Support for Customers with Activated eSIMs

If you are currently overseas in the affected region and have an activated eSIM purchased from AirSims, and you are running low on data or your plan is about to expire before heading home, please reach out to us.

Our team will review your case and, where possible, provide complimentary extensions or additional data so you can continue to stay connected during this period.

How to Request Assistance

To help us locate your service quickly, please contact our support team and include:

  • Your Order Number, or
  • Your eSIM ICCID number

This will allow us to identify your service and assist you as quickly as possible.

A Small Request for Patience

We kindly ask for your patience as we review and process each request. Our team will work through every case as quickly as possible during business hours, but during situations like this we may receive a higher number of support messages than usual.

Please be assured that every request will be reviewed carefully.

This support initiative will be available for eligible customers until March 31, 2026. Our goal is simply to help our customers remain connected during an uncertain time.
