Travelling to Japan, I bought the eSim a few days before I landed in Japan, works greats with good coverage and speed, excellent price compared to other. I end up buying a second eSim for my partner. Highly recommend it.
As a regular traveler to Japan and Australia/Asia, Iβve now used the AirSims Japanese eSIM for the fourth time, and I must say, it continues to impress. The coverage has been excellent, particularly in the major cities like Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto and Osaka, but also in more regional areas, which I originally worried about. Iβve tried a few competitors in the past, but so far, this one stands out for both performance and value.
Whatβs even more remarkable is that Iβve also used airsims in other parts of Asia, as well as Australia and New Zealand, and the experience has been consistent. The speed is reliable, and the connection quality is stable, whether Iβm urban or exploring more remote areas.
Overall, I think this is a bit of a hidden gem for an eSIM service. For anyone heading to Japan or other destinations in Asia, I recommend giving it a go. Reminds me of Franklinβs, Bi-Lo and Aldi back in the day when I used to live in Australia. Good for less, my partner reckons you are just paying for advertising if you going for the expensive ones. I donβt know, Iβm just happy with this one.
Purchase process and support service was five stars. However the connection I have in Tokyo and Osaka was relatively slow and connection was mostly two to three bars on many occasions. However it has been still a worthwhile purchase. Thanks.
The sims we got for Japan were very easy to use and gave great coverage in the city and in the ski fields. The best value, reliable sims around ( for Japan)
